About ClientZapp

Why we built it

We kept meeting the same business. Ten people, a good reputation, more work than they could comfortably handle — and a filing system made of one shared spreadsheet, two inboxes and somebody’s memory. They had all tried a CRM. Most had stopped opening it within a quarter, because it asked for more administration than the business could pay back.

The failures were never exotic. A quotation went out and nobody chased it. A good client went quiet for four months and nobody noticed until the renewal was gone. Both are avoidable by software, and neither needs a platform to avoid.

So ClientZapp is deliberately small. It records the relationship, it makes silence visible, and it follows a quotation from the moment it leaves until somebody answers. The features page ends with a list of what it does not do, and we intend to keep that list long.

How we build

• Small on purpose. A feature earns its place by removing work, not by widening a comparison table.
• Safe by construction. Every workspace's data is isolated at the database query itself, not by a filter someone might forget.
• Honest about status. If something is not built, the website says so rather than implying it.
• Your data is yours. Export at any time, in a format you can read without us.

The Zapp family

ClientZapp is part of a small portfolio from Zamorins Solutions Inc., alongside LeadZapp and EmailZapp. They share an approach rather than a database: one job each, done properly, priced so a business of six people does not have to think hard about it.

Where we are

Zamorins Solutions Inc. is registered in Iowa, in the United States, and the product runs in US data centres. We are a small team, which means the person who answers [email protected] is usually the person who wrote the thing you are asking about.
