Who ClientZapp is for
Small teams who sell by relationship and quotation rather than by campaign and funnel.
About this page
ClientZapp is new, and we would rather show you honestly how it is used than invent testimonials. The profiles below describe the kinds of teams the product was designed around and how the features fit their week. Named customer stories will appear here as early-access customers agree to be named — and they will be marked as such.
Four teams, four reasons
The independent consultant
One person, forty relationships. No sales team, no handover, and no time to maintain a system that needs maintaining.
Lives in the client list and the follow-up digest. The health badge does the job a sales manager would do elsewhere: it notices who has gone quiet.
Usually on Solo.
The small agency
Three to eight people, proposals that take a week to write. Every proposal is a document, and the document is the deal.
Lives in quotations. A tracked link says whether the client has read the thing at all, which is the difference between chasing and guessing.
Usually on Team.
The trade or field business
Quotes go out fast and are chased slowly. Roofing, fit-out, landscaping, installation — site photos, scopes and revised numbers.
Lives in files and quotation versions. Version 3 of a quote is still on the same link, and the expiry date expires by itself.
Usually on Team.
The professional services firm
Ten to thirty people, partners who want to see without touching. Accounting, legal, engineering, IT services.
Lives in the pipeline and reports, with Viewer seats for partners and a Business plan for AI summaries before a client meeting.
Usually on Business.
What using it actually looks like
Five minutes a day, not an administration project.
Monday
The digest lands at eight. Overdue first, then today. You clear it before the first meeting and the week starts from a list rather than from memory.
Wednesday
A quote you sent on Friday shows two opens and no reply. You call the contact whose name is on the record, and log the call in one line.
Friday
Two clients have cooled to amber. Neither is a crisis yet, which is the entire point of seeing it now.
Coming from a spreadsheet, or from a CRM you stopped opening
Most of our early users arrive from one of two places: a shared spreadsheet that works until two people edit it, or a large CRM that was configured once, abandoned, and is still being paid for.
- Import your clients and contacts from CSV or Excel on the first day
- Duplicates are flagged before anything is written, not after
- Your quotations stay the documents you already produce
- Nothing needs configuring before the product is useful
If you would like a hand moving your data across, say so — for a first workspace we will usually just do it with you.
