Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
The short version
ClientZapp sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no cross-site tracking of any kind. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner: there is nothing here to consent to. The storage we do use is the minimum needed to keep you signed in and to keep forms safe from forgery.
This website
The marketing pages you are reading now — the home page, features, pricing, customers, help centre, about and these legal pages — set no cookies at all. They load one stylesheet and one small icon from this same domain, and nothing from anywhere else. There is no third-party font, no tag manager, no embedded video and no social widget.
Our web server keeps standard request logs (IP address, page, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting, as described in the Privacy Policy. Those are not cookies and cannot be used to follow you to another site.
The application
When you sign in to ClientZapp, the following is used on your device:
| What | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Access token | Local storage | Keeps you signed in between page loads. Sent to our API with each request; never to anyone else. | Until you sign out |
| Interface preferences | Local storage | Small things like the last list filter or a collapsed panel, so the app opens where you left it. | Until you clear it |
XSRF-TOKEN, session cookie |
Cookie | Set by the framework on the few server-rendered pages that accept a form, to prevent cross-site request forgery. | Browser session |
All three are strictly necessary: without them you could not stay signed in or submit a form safely. Under the ePrivacy rules and comparable US state law, strictly necessary storage does not require consent. None of it is shared with a third party.
Quotation links
When someone opens a quotation link you sent, we record that the link was opened and count the opens, so you can see whether your quotation has been read. No cookie is placed on the recipient's device for that, and the record is not used to identify them or to follow them anywhere else.
Controlling it
Every browser lets you clear cookies and site data, and block them per site. Clearing ClientZapp's storage signs you out and resets your interface preferences; nothing in your workspace is lost, because your data lives on the server, not in the browser. Blocking all storage for this domain will prevent sign-in from working.
If this changes
If we ever introduce analytics or any non-essential storage, we will update this page before it goes live and ask for your consent first — properly, with a real refusal option, not a banner whose only button is “accept”.
