Pricing questions
What happens after the 14 days?
Your workspace keeps all of its data and asks you to choose a plan. Nothing is deleted while you decide, and nothing is charged before you enter a card.
Is it per user or per workspace?
Per user, per month. A Business workspace also gets three free read-only Viewer seats — useful for a director or an accountant who needs to see the pipeline but should not change it.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in both directions, from Settings. Moving up takes effect at once. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period, and we will tell you first if your current seat count or feature use will not fit.
What if I need more than five people on Team?
Business has no seat cap. If you are somewhere awkward in between, write to us — we would rather find you the right plan than have you pay for the wrong one.
Do I own my data?
Yes. You can export your clients, contacts, deals and quotations at any time, and you keep that right during and after your subscription. See the Privacy Policy.
